Since we do not have a group discount on the BW we (cal and I) have booked our room to the BLVD hotel. This one is opposite Best Western. Last year Mol, Bru and Levi stayed at this hotel. Now it only changed its name from Comfort Inn & Suites to BLVD hotel.
During booking I chose the Hollywood Bowl Special Rate.

All BW rooms have been canceled. Everyone should be making their hotel arrangements now! |

Where is the picnic dinner please?
Did Dutch get anything more done on the gathering of composers and fans?
The updated list of who is who and who is coming is awesome..
Sunday- I just booked our room to the BLVD hotel. Tim and I will be there Friday and Saturday night!!!

Yes Dutch did.
But in Krakow I will talk with agents so nothing confirmed yet. I am teaming up with Peter Hackman, organiser of the FilmusicFan Meeting so I know for sure we will have some extra things that weekend. (incl. a meet & greet with a composer and a signing session)
More details will follow as soon as I have those confirmed.

Great. Looking forward to meet you and Tim again.
If it is the same place when we had the picnic area in 2008, then this will be situated between our hotel and the Hollywood Bowl.
The other years we had our picnic on our seats at the Hollywood Bowl.
Socr8s can tell us more about that. (I must not forget to take the Siroopwafels with me)

Oh if you had not had the calories of Sirius' cookies... what a treat. I almost want to tell him to bring me the iron that makes them. But...probably would have to pay big time duty on it! But then again he could fill up the space with CDs going home!!!
