I didn't know that, I always assumed that the temple of doom was a sequel. |

Why does your Indiana Jones site need to be that website?
Just look at the date shown during the first scene of the films. |

Yeah, I recall thinking it was odd at the time the film came out. One reason it might have been set earlier than Raiders was so they didn't have to bother explaining why Indy and Marion weren't still together.

Sorry, Cocles, my bad.
Next time I'll encode and post video clips of the opening scenes of the two films. |

Ok, my vast knowledge of films strikes again. Thanks, juan, for putting me right. You see, SST is an educational site too! |

Sequels: Matrix Reloaded (I haven't seen 3 yet
because I didn't liked part 2)
Although I liked the women in the movie, I was very dissapointed about Charlie's Angels Full Throttle, for me one of the worst movies ever.
Prequel: Star Wars 2 (I like the Back To The Future Trilogy) _________________ In a world without justice, one man was chosen to protect the innocent. |

Wow juan , i never noticed the time lines. I just thought they went in order. But i hated temple of doom, so only saw it once or twice _________________ 'He looked at her, and being a man whom pity deeply stirred, it seemed to him that her loveliness amid her grief would pierce his heart.' —Faramir's thoughts on Éowyn |

Temple of Doom was rather disapointing, doesn't fit in with the rest of the trilogy. Did anyone else ever watch that short lived mini-series Young Indiana Jones, or whatever it was called? _________________ "Don't you think that idea is a little half-baked?

Wow, Juan... you really do have too much spare time. But those screen captures do look great!
And Groove, I did watch the Young Indiana Jones Chronicles. I always thought that it was a really good show, with only a few weak episodes. I even own a few episodes on VHS. |

I thought this was the dumbest sequel/prequel I had ever heard of, but now I hear there is some jason vs. freddy vs. someone else. _________________ 'He looked at her, and being a man whom pity deeply stirred, it seemed to him that her loveliness amid her grief would pierce his heart.' —Faramir's thoughts on Éowyn |

Thur, do not invoke the wrath of the Cocmeister by speaking ill of a movie that could star the almighty Bruce Campbell as Ash.
Actually, you know what? I'm gonna go on a rant here... hell it's late for me, why not?
In a different thread entitled "Pure Awesome" I posted a link officially announcing that a Freddy vs. Jason vs. Ash movie is in the works.
What followed was pretty much the biggest pile of pansy wussy estrogen filled bunk I've seen in awhile.
First off everyone for the most part couldn't seem to get beyond the fact that Jason and Freddy these days, for lack of a better word, "Suck".
This is true. That is my point.
Perhaps you doofus's should crank your head just a little more to the right and see where it says, "VS. ASH."
That's right boys and girls. In this film, you have freddy, who sucks, and jason, who sucks, getting their asses kicked by Ash, who's awesome.
Thur's response was, "Who's Ash?" Which I can forgive since... well... she's a chick. If Thur was a guy I'd have had to confiscate her testicles.
Children, you must understands something.
For good dumb awesome action packed fun, it simply doesn't get better than Ash.
And watching him beat the bloody pulp out of two overated horror icons is just going to be-
say it with me...
Pure Awesome.
For the love of god, if you haven't already, get yourself in the mood for some good, dumb, brainless, action packed, fun, order a pizza with your favorite beverage, sit down, put your feet up and watch Army of Darkness. |

Army of Darkness is great, mindless fun; heartily recommended. I have the Boomstick edition myself |
