Sorry I do not think any one will help you when you are posting this kind of comment.
Probably this is covered by artist P. Go-O-Love-Kin
If you go to the main site of that page and type in "Any Other Name" you get a lot of versions as result. _________________ That's the beauty of music. They can't take that away from you. (Andy Dufresne)

I read it as sarcasm, but things like that are easily missed or confused in written words.

wow, really surprised you took it the wrong way. Don't think this is a site for experts but your're experts to me and so it was supposed to be a compli...ah, forget it lol.
See, this is what happens when your team loses it'd third World Cup Final.
Probably used the wrong emoticon, though 'tease' kind of fits the light-heartedness I was attempting to convey.
Anyway thanks for your help, so possibly a mix or some kind of edit by this P. Go-O-Love-Kin? Will have a search around.

Honestly after listening to it the only difference I can find is the beginning of the version you posted starts the piano quicker.
I played both versions at the same time, starting the version you posted 17 seconds later then the 4:07 version and it matched almost exactly. Sorry I couldn't help more!
Maybe the version you posted is just someone who edited the first bit out ?? _________________ Dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die tomorrow. - James Dean |

I'll concede the last minute or so of each track is very similar. However, from the start the difference is quite marked, well for me anyway. Forgetting about the speed and intensity of the piano playing, which is where I notice the differences, are you saying the very starts are the same too?
It's definitely the OST version you're comparing it with? This is more or less the OST version as I see it:
"http://www2.mrtzc.asia/Listen?a=1629m1463757&b=CCbtd1&c=6919d93317c3&artist=Thomas Newman&song=Any Other Name" (sorry link is not posting properly, need to copy and paste)
..and thanks for your reply!
