Hi, SST Folks !
... I know some of you are deeply involved in the ITs (Information Technologies) and have knowledge of programming etc. ...
When I read following message today, I thought: "Wouldn't it be a phantastic idea to bring SST's Stream in 2008 onto Google's Android?"*
Never heard of Google's ANDROID DEVELOPER CHALLENGE ?
- An Award of total 10 Mio. $$ prize money is waiting for you, folks !
Just download the developer kit, fill in the application form, read all informations on Google's website and Enjoy days & nights of the next months front your Screen. Keep the time limit in view to send your "Mobile Solution" ready till latest March 3 2008.

Cool apps that surprise and delight mobile users, built by developers like you, will be a huge part of the Android vision. To support you in your efforts, Google has launched the Android Developer Challenge, which will provide $10 million in awards -- no strings attached -- for great mobile apps built on the Android platform.
How It Works
The award money will be distributed equally between two Android Developer Challenges:
* Android Developer Challenge I: We will accept submissions from January 2 through March 3, 2008
* Android Developer Challenge II: This part will launch after the first handsets built on the platform become available in the second half of 2008
In the Android Developer Challenge I, the 50 most promising entries received by March 3 will each receive a $25,000 award to fund further development. Those selected will then be eligible for even greater recognition via ten $275,000 awards and ten $100,000 awards.
Build Your Favorite Mobile Application
We welcome all types of applications but are looking to reward innovative, useful apps that make use of Android's capabilities to deliver a better mobile experience. Here are some suggested areas of focus to get you started:

* Media consumption, management, editing, or sharing, e.g., photos, music <- !! SST Stream !!*

Yeah. That's what I thought yesterday. A unique and real challenge ! - Hopefully you have some guys out of your SST crew in the view to set on this track.
If I would be programmer I'd get the bite to hunt for. Next year - from my view as marketing specialist - Android might change the whole mobile devices, worldwide. Otherwise it wouldn't be Google 10 Mio. buggs worth! By guarantee Google is dealing behind the curtain with all big cell phone producers the contracts (already now) ... - And for SST that's a real uniqe chance.
