Today in chat I shared with others how I use context highlighting in SST Chat.
I have this script installed (I use TamperMonkey in Chrome):

An example of how I've modified it is available here:

(I cut out a bunch of lines for other users, so it's possible that I removed something critical.)
You can also do other CSS things, like Underlining:
ST.push('text-decoration: underline;'); //style applied to text
