I think this is a great idea and a good step towards getting to composer dedicated threads! I went ahead and stickied this thread for you _________________ "My Logic is Undeniable" - I, Robot |

Thanks mellowman. You dug deep to find some of those threads. A couple of those 'favorite cues' topics were among my very first posts!
Nice job.

Today I have added links to all the featured composer's scores here on SST. My thinking is: someone sees a recommended cue or score and can then request from the album from the same thread. For those composers who had many collaborations (Hans Zimmer!! - how many?!??) I've just linked to the list of collaborators. But if you want me to change this I will.
Many thanks for all you positivie feedback! Any many many thanks to Nate for sticking it!
I still have a couple of forums to check and then I'll try to add links to the official composer sites too. |

All forums have now been checked (but that's no guarantee that I haven't missed something!), I have added official and/or unofficial website links for most composers and a new set of links for Alan Silvestri.
By the way it was really interesting going through every thread there has ever been! Brought back a lot pf memories and made me think many of these threads could do with revisiting! |

Awesome job, Mellow! What a terrific resource for everyone. Thank you so much!
Not to make more work for you, but may I suggest a couple more names:
Joel Goldsmith
Official website - http://www.freeclyde.com/
Lee Holdridge
Official website - http://www.leeholdridge.com/
You already have Thomas Newman. Altho this is not Newman’s official site, it has been operating and kept fairly up-to-date for 11 years - http://users.pandora.be/obelisk/tnc/main.htm
Another resource you probably know of that may help with the above list in the future is Film Score Monthly’s list of Composer Official Sites.
Thanks again for all your time and hard work!! |

Added those links you suggested, Two. Also a few other composers, their websites and scores here on SST. I have also started to add any significant interviews I come across. |
