OK on the Symphony Center site it says:
Casablanca
4/5/2012 - 4/7/2012
Dallas Symphony Orchestra
The Dallas Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Richard Kaufman, will perform Casablanca. Relive the classic film, elevated to new intensity when the DSO performs the famous original music soundtrack by Max Steiner live as the movie plays with dialogue on a large screen above the stage.
NOTE: The performance replaces a previously scheduled appearance by Harry Gregson-Williams. Patrons who have tickets for the April 5, 6 or 7 performances do not need to contact the Dallas Symphony, as those tickets are still valid for the same date, time and seat location.
The reason (from another source): "Due to a scheduling conflict, Harry Gregson-Williams has cancelled his appearances April 5-7 with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra in the Masters of Film Music Series."

Ah just found that too Sirius, thanks for posting. I've never seen Casablanca....Sirius, are you and Dutch still stopping in Dallas no matter or will your plans now change? Really bummed about this!

Let us know who of those who wanted to go to HGW concert, still want to meet and go to Casablanca.

I'm still coming to Dallas. Bummed about HGW since I've been a fan since the Whole Wide World, but don't mind going to the Casablanca concert. |
