I think it's a plan for 2013, rather.
Looks like you guys made Dutch's visit to Norway quite memorable

Correct Mol., Thor, Chandler and I talked about any concert or event that was worth connecting with SST. So we agreed to keep an eye open for such events when they might occur.
As 2013 sees a large German tour, a Scandinavian one can be arranged on an adjacent date.
So it was just brought up but still nestled in my mind for sure.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
I've got the definitie dates for the 3rd European Gathering in Krakow, Poland.
In two weeks time the FMF will announce their program for the 3 music concerts they will be giving. So the dates for our 3rd. European Gathering can be fixed on May, 24-26
Siri will make a topiclink for it where everyone who intends to come can order tickets so as soon as the
FMF allows it Molossus can buy our passepartouts.
I will contact last year's hotel to book it again in whole.

The 2nd Pacific Gathering will take place in August 2013 as it seems to be more likely for people to join.
Two locations will see an event if there's enough people willing to come. Next month I will discuss the possibility of having a concert there which can trigger more people/members to join.
And I will celebrate my 50th Birthday there!!

Gala concert with music from David Newman and Lalo Schifrin.
more details will follow soon.
Prior to the concert there will be a symposium where SST will be present.

depending on availability and the number of members attending this is a short provisionary program:
DEC,30 : Arrival in Wellington
'Meet & greet" with composer
Cocktails and dinner.
DEC,31: 21.00h New Year's Eve celebration
"SylveSSTer" party: a musical New Year's Eve
with filmsongs only, ranging from '60's until now.
DJ, dancefloor and champagne all will be there.
Yearly VIP members: free admission
non- and monthly VIP-members: 45 NZ$
non-SST members: 75 NZ$
JAN,01 Recovery
JAN,02 Wellington Rover LOTR tour incl visit to the WETA-cave.
Full day organized tour incl breakfast and lunch: 170 NZ$
Additional touring the South Island with Siri and me or on own schedule.
incl. Siri's Bungee Junping site? earn a free VIP-star 
All locations are yet to be determined as well as stays.
Again: The more members join in the bigger party we can make.
Otherwise it will be just a cosy get-together with some members.
