SST has teamed up with the Nederlands Film Orkest to have mutual promotions on behalf of their performances of soundtracks in the Netherlands and beyond.
SST will therefore dedicate this forumpage for all news regarding this Orchestra and their concerts.
When the SST-stand will be at certain concerts, a meeting will be put on this meetingforum so members who are interested can join.

Good news! Mother's Day concert is too close to Kraków Gathering for me to think about going to the Netherlands, but I will sure keep an eye on this thread. Thanks Dutch!

During Father's Day Special The Dutch Film Orchestra take their guests on a special trip. A journey through beautiful, tough film and music that touches on our sweet, but tough, fathers. It is an unforgettable concert with lots of fun, humor and emotion.
Various Artits will participate at this cozy concert. Besides the musicians of the Nederlands Filmorkest, a delegation of Saxophone Orchestra Cabrales will support Nederlands Filmorkest with a number of tracks . A unique combination of image and sound, you will not soon hear again!
The Nederlands Filmorkest also has a surprise for all fathers who attend the concert.
Father's Day Special from the Nederlands Filmorkest is in short, the gift to father this year to surprise them. For mums and dads, grandmothers and grandfathers, children and anyone who loves beautiful film music. Tickets cost 12.50 euros per person and 7.50 euros for children / 12 years.

Zondag 17 juni, 10.30-11.30 uur, presenteert Het Nederlands Filmorkest een Vaderdag Special op de Museumwerf te Vreeswijk. Tickets voor dit exclusieve en bijzondere Vaderdagconcert zijn te koop via reserveren@filmorkest.nl en op 17 juni vanaf 9.45 uur aan de kassa van de Museumwerf.
Tijdens de Vaderdag Special neemt Het Nederlands Filmorkest hun gasten mee op een bijzondere reis. Een reis langs prachtige, stoere filmmuziek en muziek die stilstaat bij onze lieve, maar stoere, vaders. Het wordt een onvergetelijk concert met veel gezelligheid, humor en ontroering.
Aan dit sfeervolle concert werken verschillende artiesten mee.
