I know that SST doesn't usually have dialog available for request, but I think it would be fun to have comedy from the best comics of the golden age requestable. _________________ "It does not do to leave a live dragon out of your calculations, if you live near him." ~ J.R.R. Tolkien

Sorry to be the naysayer here, but I think a lot of listeners are irritated by dialogue segments. If the crowd wants to correct me on that one, please do... but until then, I stand by my statement. |

I agree on the dialogue tracks, but there were quite a few normal tracks as well, so if this score is any good, I say go for it. _________________ "Anything one man can imagine,

Talking about the dialogue tracks I would like to say that couple of tracks on PSY Soundtrack by Michał Lorenc are half-dialogue/half-music tracks.
And dialogues are in polish of course (except one) so maybe they can be in some way entertaining for Poles but I'm not sure if for anybody else.
Here are the numbers of tracks with dialogue parts:
#04: Ona (whole track)
#10: Korytarz, krew (0-52 s.)
#13: Kołysanie (0-23 s. - in german)
#16: Wojna (0-57 s.)
#20: Strach (0-40 s.)
#23: Uwertura (0-23 s.)
Maybe we should even concider if to remove them from SST playlist? _________________ <i>"The piano keys are black and white,

I think the problem would be more with dialog ONLY tracks, or tracks that feature dialog with incidental music. If there is still music featured in the track I would suspect you won't get much complaining.

Dialogue only tracks can be easliy omitted or removed from the playlist. I can remove the dialogue from beginning of tracks too but it takes some time. I did that to the Rocky Horror soundtrack since it was driving me nuts.
slightly offtopic...
Does anyone listen to Cinemagic on XM? They do a lot of dialogue and I can't seem to get used to it.
molossus, I copied your comments in the playlist bug report thread as a thing on the todo list for me. _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus
