We have confirmation that up to 50 people of SST (and MT) may join the press-conference again, like we did last year.
As James Newton Howard AND Abel Korzeniowski will be guests this is of course a very good reason to come to Gent beside the World Soundtrack Awards.

After that meeting there will be plenty enough time to mingle with MT-members for a beer/drink.
(I wonder how both SST/MT members will do this)
Put your name in the presence list on this forum if you want to join the pressmeeting.
I assume it is in the morning again like last year.

It will be held on the same location of last year
Ghent Marriott Hotel
Korenlei 10 · Ghent, 9000 Belgium
and it starts at 11 am

Bregt from MainTitles asked me if anyone of us would like to join dinner on Saturday before the Concert. Although it is a bit late for asking you this, please response today (Monday oct 8th) or tomorrow (Tuesday oct. 9th)

We don't want to go to the concert hall as late as last year because we have got VIP-tickets and don't want to miss our cocktails - if there are any before the show  |

Bregt said the suggested restaurant is a fine restaurant close to the concert venue. http://www.mubart.be/ It's located in the Museum for Modern Art, and a appreciated place in Ghent.

Dinner starts at 5 pm and is close (5 minutes walk) from the concert venue.
Details about the VIP arrangement should be on your ticket. I assume the 'cocktail' is after the concert.

I'm likely going by car from Leiden, the Netherlands. Let me know via PM or e-mail if someone needs a lift to dinner, the concert, and back afterwards.
