Well, TICKETS ARE BOOKED! 
The reservation lasts till Tuesday (9th Oct.) so, during the afternoon of that day I am going to buy them. If enyone of you changes your mind, let me know. The reservation is not binding.
For Dutchbat, Girlfriend, Molossus, SiriusCreations, Tonks and me booked tickets to both of concerts of zone 1 for 1299,- + 650,- CZK.
For SilverRaindrops one ticket of zone 3 to Concert for Help for 699,- CZK
For Pingu one ticket of zone 1 to Disney concert for 650,- CZK.
(Hope that's right  )
As for the payment, we can solve that during the concert's weekend, that's not problem for me. |

Read news about the Meet and Greet on Facebook:
Panel discussion with guests will be on 17th November at 4:30pm. Place will be announced this week.
I also saw already question if there is an admission for it.

It is not confirmed yet, but the organizers think the Meet and Greet will be free for those who have tickets for one of the three 'ForHelp' concerts

Oh NO.., just received this e-mail from the organizer of the November's beneficial events:
"Dear clients,
DISNEY IN CONCERT in KCP – Congress centre Prague 17.11.2012 was canceled due to technical reasons. ..... On behalf of the event organizer we apologize for any inconvenience."
On the official website is nothing about that yet. We will see what happens next..

Bad luck!
It looks like a season for cancellations
Not so long ago I got an e-mail that Tonks' and mine flight to Prague has been cancelled and now this.
Anyway, still looking forward to our Gathering!

I received a personal message and saw a post on facebook:
For technical reasons we have to cancel Disney in Concert (17th November). Admission will be refunded. We will do JAMES BOND CONCERT as compensation. It will be on 17th November, 7pm at Premiere Cinemas Park Hostivar. More informations and tickets sale soon. Thank you for your understanding.

Some extra information about the Meet and Greet on Saturday, I asked if there is a registration needed and if they already know the place wher eit will be held.
"No registration. You just show us your ticket for another festival event. About place - now we are searching conference hall which will be closer to place where will be James Bond Concert. I think it will be better for you because you will not need more time for transfer."
