From May 29th to June 21st, 2014 The famous Van Vliet Siroopwafelen will be on tour and most likely in the following States and Provinces
USA:
Connecticut
Delaware
Maine
Maryland
Massachusetts
New Hampshire
New Jersey
New York
Pennsylvania
Rhode Island
Vermont
Virginia
Canada:
New Brunswick
Nova Scotia
Ontario
Québec
More details will follow.

In addition I see John Williams will conducting the Boston Pops Orchestra in Boston, Massachusetts from June 6 to June 11, 2014. I will probably go to one of those concerts. I will make a forum thread in the Meetings Forum soon, to see who else want to be there and preferred date. The Siroopwafelen will be present at the concert as well

Last week I received news that the company I work(ed) for is bankrupted. There is a restart (somebody else took over), but I heard today I am not one of the employees that will take part in the restart. This means I need to look for another job.
As you probably can imagine I can not continue to plan this trip for now. In case I find a new job fast and they are ok I can still have the vacation, I will. The John Williams Boston gathering is maybe still something you want to do. I know two Danish friends I met at the Malmö Gathering are considering to go.
If I have any new information I let you know.

What awful news, Sirius! In case you had to replan your trip to the US, you can always do an European one and visit us in London, many nice film music concerts and of course I'd be happy to organise a meetup

I had a job interview today. And they have offered me a job. I have accepted it and soon I will hear when the contract will be sigen en when I can start.
Although great news, it is still uncertain for me if I can make it for a trip this June. I will let you know.

His new work is with a coffee distributing company.
I think that wonderfully blends with the 'van Vliet'
Stroopwafels.
I suspect the company to have deliberately engaged with Siri to have his stroopwafels in their vending machines or to go along with their coffee machines.
