BiR – I'm planning to take a vacation there next month, so I've kinda been staring at the city maps lately. A lot. LOL

something after 2014? *checks calendar* 
Or do you mean when the plot takes place?
Anyway, it's a US-series (2007–2012), the setting is contemporary. The two women on the picture are the main characters. The blonde actress was nominated 6 times for an academy award and won a Golden Globe for her performance in this series.
