Nice one mol!
On my side I just got Kaguya-hime no Monogatari (The Tale of Princess Kaguya) by Joe Hisaishi
A restrained, refreshing score -- very different from Kaze Tachinu, just like the movies are very different _________________ "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe" - Blade Runner |

No visit to Rotterdam this time but some treaty from iTunes:
One of those albums from Spanish composer Marc Timon Barceló we now have on SST. The other one we should have.
Marc Timon Barceló was the 2010 winner of the Jerry Goldsmith Award with the score of "Witches" and when you listen to it you know why. _________________

Well next to all you guys I look pretty boring, but my last buy was this (thanks to Birhar, who made me hear this for the first time!)
Most of my Soundtrack CDs are by Thomas Newman - he's just my favorite composer to listen to at home for leisure or at dinner.

I didn't spend on scores for a whole month.
To celebrate this I bought:
Two epic scores:
THE PATRIOT YUE FEI by Nathan Wang (the Myth)
STALINGRAD by Angelo Badalamenti.
and Klaus Badelt gave me:

I kept track with some review sites lately and was pointed out to this score of the German movie "der Medicus" (int.title: The Physician)
SilverRaindrops had it posted in this forum too.
And after previewing it on Spotify I got the new Desplat for "the Monuments Men" now.
A score that feels like "Saving Private Ryan" but a little less dramatic. I'm all set up for the movie now, with book and CD
