Interesting new details about FMF 2014 programme

There will be a part of the festival named Alter FMF. At the moment I see it mentioned only in Polish: http://www.fmf.fm/pl/8/482/565/alter-fmf
My concern at the moment is whether we could get passes for both HZ meeting and a special panel of composers as a group. I e-mailed Agata to ask. Waiting for a reply.

I am discussing the hotelrooms now with Astor Hotel
so far our request is for the following rooms:
1 triple room to harbour the Musketeers (that will allow me a room if I'm not in another hotel.)
2 double rooms (Bir and Joshrob)
In case Joshrob is not needing it, please let me know, also if he needs more rooms for the +2/+4
4 single rooms. ( pointfrost, Silverraindrops,Caliburn and if needed Real Thor)
Otherwise I will take one single room
Did I miss out on anyone let me know asap.

So far rooms are confirmed (I will skip one single then )
Since we have been regulars in Hotel Astor now we got a 15% discount. Roomrates incl.the famous breakfast in room.
Our standard prices (p.r.p.n) are:
*room for 1 person - 199 zł
*double room - 249 zł
*room for 3 person - 299 zł
From the Hotel confirmation mail:
Although, considering the fact you had been staying at our hotel few
times so far we decided to give you 15% discount for all rooms.
So prices for you would be:
*room for 1 person - 169,15 zł
*double room - 211,65 zł
*room for 3 person - 254,15 zł
All togheter it would be (4*169,15 + 2*211,65+ 1*254,15) = 1354,05 *5
nights = 6770,25 PLN.
For the peoples who have opted for one of these rooms let me know your dates/times of arrival and departure, if latter is other than 29/9

@Bir: Usually I'm OK with people paying me back in person in Kraków. At least as long as it's OK for them to get their karnet or ticket not before we meet in Kraków. I only expect people to pay me before we meet when they want me to send them festival passes before the start of the festival.
@Dutch: My plan is to arrive on Sep. 25th before noon and leave on Monday very early morning, so it looks like I need 4 nights at the hotel (25th thru 29th).

So called "Karnet" (a pass for all concerts of FMF - but not including AlterFMF and FMF 4 Kids concerts) is 300 PLN. For us (with a group discount) it's cheaper = 270 PLN.
BTW: there is also a plan to print SST Gathering t-shirts as usual. It's not decided yet, but if we do it - it's possible that a karnet + t-shirt will be around 300 PLN. Of course t-shirts are not obligatory. We make them only for those who are interestred.

Last news from KBF I got is that we could get AlterFMF and 4 Kids tickets.
So far none SSTer asked for them, but if you need some I think I still can arrange it as a part of our group purchase.
BTW: Some AlterFMF and FMF 4 Kids events coincide with FMF concerts and meetings/workshops.
