More focus on son, who has
had a rupture of his appendix
and it's more serious than we
thought previously. He is in
Ct. at hospital getting treated
with antibiotics. Could be 8-10
days as it is in the blood.
I have daughter in Chicago,
now. Wife is with him: there.
You can imagine how I felt
having to leave him there
but Mom is there and updat-
ing me. He's had a bad time
of it thus far.

As if you did not have enough health issues to deal with this year... this had to happen too.

my suffering than my son's,
right now.
I was going to say that we
are not meant to suffer things
like this but I realize that we
are in order to understand.
There is nothing like holding
your child on the floor, in the
fetal position, while they are
in intense pain. It's gutting.

The news today is that he received
permission to eat a normal meal.
They want to see how he does with
it as well as give him hope.
I think we'll get a word on Friday.

Well, new development in that
my son is being released to the
local apartment, where we were
staying and so they can see him
each day for the monitoring but
that still means them being there
until the weekend or so. We will
see. We are very hopeful.
He just kept impressing since the
day we sent Xmas to him.
It's all the positive thoughts and
gestures. THANKS, EVERYONE!
