OK, it's not the best movie ever made. But the Music is excellent.
I like grand orchestral scores. I like them much more than a lot of the Marshall-type, brass 'attacks' that some of the tracks on SS posess.
I rememember, a long time ago, listening to the End Credits Suite for Matilda and being overwhelemed by its intensity. Cliff Eidelman wrote some good stuff.
First off, it was David Newman's work. Second of all, it would seem the soundtrack was never on general release.
So, to continue the theme of Kids' Movies  - How about AirBud, by Brahm Wenger. I remember a few good pieces of music in this movie. |
