It's a shame i wont get to meet mol again :/ I still owe him a VERY big hug for pointing me to that PotC concert |
I'd like to meet you too, so I'm sure we will meet one day, Fee!
BTW: You will have a chance to thank the real provider of that PoTC concert info in Ghent. I mean FilmFlip who co-runs great www.moviesinconcert.nl website! _________________ <i>"The piano keys are black and white,

Okay, not enough participants. I will just cancel the whole thing.
I'm very sorry.

I'm not sure if I would have had to confirm dinner again. But it's too late now anyway it seems... |

I'm sorry I missed out to look at the forum regularly lately as I have not been able to be here that often. But actually Bregt did not leave much time to react either, stating on Wednesday:

Please send me an e-mail as soon as possible (before the weekend) to confirm subscription, and I'll send you details on what to do. Thanks! |
... and then cancelling the dinner the very next day. He did not even give people the chance to react until Friday (which for me is still before the weekend)
Or did I misunderstand something here completely?
But I'm sure we will still manage somehow to meet for a drink or dinner before the concert, won't we? |

Hi,
I just dropped by to ask about the concert location and dress code (if any) and I see there has been quite a misscommunication here
We (it is: joshrob, Hati and our +2) were confirming our attendance at meet and greet as well as at the dinner via e-mail with Cal on 19th Sep.
I don't mind missing the dinner but please(!) confirm that we have our spots at meet and greet confirmed!
As to the dress code (if any)... where does the concert take place. Is it here: https://www.google.pl/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=Kuipke+Ghent - I mean the stadium - which would meen there's no dress code really?

Yes it is that location and no formal dress code.
As for the meet and greet I can not help you with that. _________________ That's the beauty of music. They can't take that away from you. (Andy Dufresne)

Thanks for the confirmation about no dress code
As to the meet and greet Cal answered me on FB that he has the tickets for all of us.

Everyone should have their tickets in their mailbox. I will see you soon.
Another tip:
Install maps.me on your phone. You can download an offline map of Belgium. Makes it eassy to navigate and also makes it maybe easier to meet eachother. |

It was long unclear if I would come or not, but I will come to Ghent. I will be there late afternoon/early evening.
I willl meet you after the concert (or maybe we will see each other before the concert as well). _________________ That's the beauty of music. They can't take that away from you. (Andy Dufresne)

So there's no lunch fixed yet? -good-
How about we find a pub, get some food and drinks and watch the Rugby World Cup Semifinal (New Zealand : South Africa) together?
e.g. Patrick Foley's Irish Pub - shouldn't be too far from HQ.
Or maybe Japanese? |
