This musical is a ton of fun and the soundtrack is likewise. I especially enjoy "Zoobi Doobi" and "Aal Izz Well" - I bought the album on iTunes and tried to learn the chorus of "Zoobi Doobi" the same night I first saw it on DVD I think it would be an excellent addition to SST's collection. _________________ "You're an interesting species, an interesting mix. While I love this site, there needs to be more bollywood soundtracks. As a fijian indian, I grew up listening to them before I got into movie soundtracks and scores. They were my window.
Also, saw 3 Idiots at the theater when it came out and loved it. So this is a major YES vote. |

Thanks for the input, Zimmerman! I would say you are much better suited to speak on this than I am. I've mostly just seen a few Indian movies because an Indian-Malaysian-Australian friend showed me and a few friends some Bollywood movies. They were lots of fun, but I haven't seen any others aside from the ones that get shown in the West, "Bride & Prejudice" (which isn't really Bollywood according to my friend) and "Slumdog Millionaire." I need to make more of an effort to see movies from other cultures again now that I don't live near that friend anymore! _________________ "You're an interesting species, an interesting mix.
