Well they are gonna nominate Beauty and the Beast probably (even though i don't approve)
and maybe BladeRunner
and of course Star Wars
what I would like is to see Jane by Philip Glass
so these are my nominees 
but i seriously don't know enough of the scores to actually be able to decide which of ALL those scores should actually win anything. |

I wonder who and how decides who gets nominations. What are criteria taking into consideration? Is it a kind of lottery, a matter of lobbying or something ...? What does it mean "best score"? 
The list is long and I don't know most of the titles. There are movies even not released yet (!). Anyway, I believe the final list of AA nominees will be similar to (if not the same as) five composers in Golden Globes competition: Burwell (3 Billboards), Desplat (The Shape of Water), Greenwood (Phantom Thread), Williams (The Post), Zimmer (Dunkirk).
PS. It's nice to see Lukasz Targosz on this shortlist. |

I agree. Maybe as well as RAT & NUT requests, we should try and do some ANT requests (Academy Nominations tracks) during the next few weeks
