For those who will come on Saturday the 14th at our meeting in The Hague, please let me know an estimated time of arrival. I want to make a reservation in the same restaurant we were in the afternoon as last year. Arek and I probably will have our breakfast there as well (different location than we had breakfast last year). But if I know when most of the group is present I maybe can reserve the big table.
For now the restaurant will be

I don't know, I can arrive whenever is expected.  Of course that's not exactly true as the trains ride at set times, but if I know what a desirable time would be I will get the train closest before it.

Most of the people arrive between 11.30 and 12.30. I send an email form to the restaurant to book a table, they have not responded yet and I will call them later today.
Arek and I will leave around 17.45 - 18.00 to the concert. It is up to you to stay longer.
As soon I have confirmation (or found another restaurant) I will post it here.

Okay, makes sense! So we will have 'dinner' so to speak at lunchtime. I can have 'lunch' on the train back, then.
I see it's quite an easy walk from the station. I'll be at the restaurant around 11:45 then, it looks like. |
