Yeah, I'd like to see Saved! as well... I love a movie that stirs people up and gets them out to protest. |

Well, Lego, I agree it's a funny movie, but I read that a whole bunch of Christian protesters have their panties tied up in a knot over this one... |

Oh I see christians are protesting this movie... The opposite was true of the passion...
Yeah I can see that... It looks to be a movie that makes fun of the "bible beating type"
I'll maybe see it on video.. |

Spider-Man II and King Arthur.
I'm disappointed with Catwoman because WB have taken a good character and messed with it. It isn't what Catwoman should be like. Aas much as I like to see Halle Berry half naked, that costume is bent. What the hell, I'll probably end up seeing it anyway (hopefully there'll be a Batman Begins trailer attached!!) |

Hi
Not sure if my schedule will allow me to see all these films in the theater(but they surely are a good DVD rent) but if I had the choice...
- Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban - looks like fun but I know a few kids who are going to beg me to go see it with them.
- The Stepford Wives - Love comedies.
- Around the World in 80 Days , I'm a Chan fan and Governor Arnold looks too wierd .
- The Terminal , can't go wrong with this one, Tom Hanks, Catherine Zeta Jones and Steven Speilberg. My #1 want to see for the summer.
- Spider-Man 2
- Anchorman - Will Ferrel another comedy
- I, Robot - action and effects look neat, though I'm getting tired of the machine vs human plots.
Of the movies not listed
Collateral - opens Aug. 6.

Just saw Day After Tomorrow.
Little bit overdone, but boy, what a rush.
Great score by the way. It really made the movie.
Go see it when you have a chance. _________________ In a world without justice, one man was chosen to protect the innocent. |

I'm especially looking forward to Spider-Man 2 (because it will be so awesome!) and the new Michael Mann film, Collateral (with Tom Cruise and Jaime Foxx). _________________ "I wanna introduce you to a personal friend of mine. I can tend to agree that Sci-Fi has gone a little nuts with this plot-line, but Isaac Asimov is to Sci-Fi as J R R Tolkien is to Fantasy. All the modes and angles we find cliche in Sci-Fi now, he coined. Asimov was directly (or indirectly by reading emulators) responsible for making most of us Sci-Fi fans. _________________ A good composer does not imitate; he steals.

I'm really looking forward to The Village, hopefully another great M. Night Shyamalan film.
Ugh.....I just can't get over how cheesy Catwoman looks. _________________ "Don't you think that idea is a little half-baked?

At the moment, the summer films that I'm looking forward to the most are:
- Anchorman (probably the best comedy on the summer menu... I'm guessing that the worst will be Harold and Kumar go to Whitecastle)
- Fahrenheit 9-11 (Mr. Moore is a bit of a manipulator and a blowhard, but it still looks really interesting)
- I, Robot (it might be good sci-fi, and if nothing else, Will Smith is almost always entertaining)
- Collateral (because I really liked Michael Mann's last few films and because it's about time that Tom Cruise played a character with gray hair. |

I'm up for Spiderman 2. First one came out on my birthday, got to see the IMAX version, loved it lots ... strangely the second one comes out on my brother's birthday. Also, hears the first version of stepford wives was good, so im up for this version. only creepy movie ive been willing to see in a long time. And i will definately pass on every other movie on the list. Although i saw a commercial for around the world etc. and it looked goofy. Will wait to rent that one, though.
edit:
oh, maybe its not creepy ...
and i WOULD be silling to see terminal, but not going to the theatre for it.
AND that sky capitan one looks alright (so is it just Jude Law in it, or is Ewen McGregor (sp?) in it too? ... the preview confused me) _________________ Was that an earthquake, or did I just rock your world? |
