Fingers crossed for you Robert. I don't know how different the process is in Canada to the UK but the feeling we got when we bought our first house was amazing!
Looking after it as it ages, a little less so, but the fact that it's your own little plot is pretty special! |

Home inspection this Wednesday (July 7) and if all goes well, our own house July 29!

So what is it a 3 bedroom bungalo or a semi- detached? I got a semi-detached at the moment.
