ok. I used that CleanUp! program last night, and now I can no longer request.
I've tried changing my cookie settings to always allow cookies from SST, but I still receive this error message:
An error uccurred.
Please make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser.
Try the following:
Close ALL browser windows, reopen and try requesting again.
Restart your computer and try requesting again.
Can anyone please help me? |

Yes, there is a bug somewhere in the process of getting the cookie from the users computer and into the queue/played. Thats all I can say at this point, but I'm working on it. You see this is a very delicate issue. Everytime I try a new solution I have to wait at least one day to see if it works for enough users. It seems that about 10 in 300 requests fail. If you keep having problems you should try to log out and in again. If that doesn't work, try deleting all cookies with "streamingsoundtracks" in the name, and then try to log in again.
Hope this helps _________________ Who is General Failure and why is he reading my disk? |

Oh well. I'm sure you'll figure it out. I'll just happily listen to other people's requests.
Thanks anyway! |

Try a differend browser or disable your firewall while making the request. Let us know if that works. _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus

Sensei suggested this, but I didn't see where you said you've done this:
Try logging out and logging back in. |

i tried the logging in and out but it didn't work. I tried it in IE, Netscape and MSN. Just tried it in Mozilla and it works in that. Not sure why it likes that browser better, but oh well. It's working!
Thanks guys for all your help! I really appreciate it! |
