Hello,
Yesterday morning I was able to request a song. I waited about an hour to request again, though there's only a 1/30 request timer. It seems I wasn't able to request anymore. And today it's still that way. In that one hour I didn't download anything or installed something. I hope somebody can help me ^_^

Is someone else on your network requesting? What is the error it gives you when you try to request?

Hi,
I don't think anyone else has mentioned this problem in the forums... When I click on an album, its window pops up, but I can't click on any of the songs (there aren't buttons for them) which is how I used to request songs. Has the request format changed in the past few months, or can anyone suggest how to fix this?

Yes it has. Click on Requests in the VIP menu instead of Playlist in the regular menu.
