|
When I click on Requests all I get is:
"You are trying to access a restricted area. We are Sorry but this section of our site is for Subscribed Users Only."
I am logged in and listening through Live365. Can anyone help me so I can request a song? Thanks. |

Maybe you tried to request at the exact time I was changing to the VIP system?
You still have the error? |

That could be Cal. Also, anytime you get an error please try to copy/paste it when you can so we can help you better. _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus

yeah kind of like I'm always requesting in the morning at the exact same time Graywolf changes the request time to higher, and my request doesn't go through _________________ 'He looked at her, and being a man whom pity deeply stirred, it seemed to him that her loveliness amid her grief would pierce his heart.' —Faramir's thoughts on Éowyn |

This sounds very much like a JavaScript error and might occur if I was doing something with the code, but if you experience it again and again that's not likely. Next time you get it try to double-click on the error message or the small icon and look at the detailed info. If you could tell us what it says or take a screenshot of the information that would really help. _________________ Who is General Failure and why is he reading my disk? |

OK I now know I can't request. But,when I click on an album cover for track information I get the error message...
"Object doesn't support this property or method."
I also get a line no. (e.g.)87 and char.(e.g.) 1. Also Code 0.
Sorry I dont know how to do a screen shot. |

Did you try a different browser? Which version is the one you are using? (To check in IE: Help > About Internet Explorer). _________________ Who is General Failure and why is he reading my disk? |
