I don't know what song it is. It didn't sound familiar. I tried to search for it, but I couldn't find a film score database available for it yet. Will you please not hump my leg now? Thanks! |

Well I am not able to put a name to the song but I did find out that it is by Thomas Newman. Here is the link:

Actually, most movie trailers do not use music from the featured movie. This is because the trailer is usually made well before the score (and the film itself, for that matter) is completed. Usually, the music from an older movie (and often not by the same composer) is used.
So basically the composer could be anyone. _________________ My top 5 soundtracks:1. E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial2. Jurassic Park3. Apollo 134. A.I. Artificial Intelligence5. Forrest Gump |

ah ha....that explains why I keep hearing the same ol familiar tune in some previews for completely different movies. I was beginning to wonder if I was just imagining it. |

I don't know if it is true or not, but I read on a BBS that the Song is the ending of "The Payoff/End Credits" from Randsom. I tried to confirm this, however 3 times in a row when I tried to download the trailer it crashed my computer, so I gave up trying. This is the best I can do...hope this helps! |
