I am wondering why user message is shown on queue/played list, but when song is played is not visible 
I suggested to change it, to show user message under actual song information.

At best this is a minor annoyance. Unless JERIC wants to restructure how the top frame looks, I don't think this will change. You'll just have to wait for it to reappear in the "already played" section to see what the user message is.

My thinking was if someone was to post something irresponsible and an admin didn't catch it in time, that is could possibly harm the image of this site.

I hadn't thought of that. Where is the "now playing" window displayed that you can't also see the queue message (apart from every other page on the site)? Is that information also exported somewhere else? Just curious.

Oh, I get it. You are right.
Unless SST have no moderators users messages shouldn't be shown.
On the other hand it is maybe good that SST have no moderators.
