mellow: it's a countdown to the release of the first trailer, I believe. Possibly to coincide with the release of Pirates of the Caribbean 2.

I have been reading allot of forums on this movie, and I am not getting a warm and fuzzy feeling about it. They have already botched the characters and overloaded the cast with a bunch of no talent hacks. Hasbro has licensed the living sh*t out of the not yet released film and have allowed Michael Bay too many creative liberties. Optimus is supposed to be a fire truck. Bumblebee will be a Camaro and I predict that true to any Michael Bay film there will be super loud explosions and crappy editing to distract from the lame and typical tough guy jive dialogue that usually accompanies his films. Not too mention the @ss load of product placement for vehicles, fast food, beverages and a whole slew of other products that will make one feel as if they are watching a 90 to 120 minute infomercial. I hope I am wrong but the intel from Bay’s own forum sends an uneasy feeling up my spine. |

I am assuming you have all seen the car advert that was basically a test for a transformer movie!!! That advert alone means the special effects with be astounding!!!

It is indeed a countdown to the teaser, and hopefully to the re-launch of the website. It would be nice if on the re-lauch they actually begin updating it now and again!
I hate going back to site and seeing "coming soon" on every section I click.
