There is one other option...

Satellite Radio ... they have commercial free "streams", up to 200 channels of music and entertainment, but its anywhere from 9.95 to 12.95 a month for one of the two providers.

But that's not MP3 Streaming audio that allows you the freedom to choose any internet stream, just their own brand... and in some respects its extrememly limited.. if you like a certain type of music.. say Dance & Trance, there's hundreds available from ShoutCast, but only 4 from XM Radio.
