Due to the success of the Star Wars Day on May 19, and because:
a) There are 13 discs in SST (6 from the original trilogy, 4 from the prequels, Shadows, Revelations and KotoR), wich makes it, along with Star Trek, the saga with the biggest collection of ST.
b) Everybody likes Star Wars, even those who don't listen to soundtracks very often (not counting John Williams fans, wich is a whole different group).
I propose an annual Star Wars Day, to celebrate what John Williams (and other composers) have done to the movie music industry, and to a collection we know will always grow and be up to date. |

Most definitely. The movies are already legendary and the music is as well. I'm all for a day devoted to one of the best movie series/scores of all time!

Personally I vote no for this one.
Reasons:
- A lot of Star Wars is already being played.
- If we do this we also need a LotR day etc etc etc |

Hmmm, good point Cal - hadn't thought of that. Even though I voted "Yes", I'd like to rescind my vote. Doing all-day scores from the same show may take away from the variety that is SST.
