What do you think???
Good idea or bad idea?
I personally think it's a bad idea...and I can't really explain why...
I know that Lestat does sing, but not musical songs...he sings rock/goth music... _________________ Our umbrellas are colliding and I can't walk straightly.

Have you read the stuff in the two links I posted?? In the beginning of the first one it says:
"Anne Rice's most indelible vampire character will sing in San Francisco starting in late 2005,
with the world premiere pre-Broadway engagement of Lestat, by Elton John and Bernie Taupin."
Also try to google for "Elton John Musical Lestat".
You'll get fx. this:
http://www.advocate.com/news_detail_ektid20063.asp
"The production will star Hugh Panaro, who has appeared on Broadway in Les Misérables,
Show Boat and The Phantom of the Opera, the newspaper reported.
Also in the cast are Carolee Carmello, Jack Noseworthy, Jim Stanek, Roderick Hill, Michael Genet and Allison Fischer."
Don't know how to get tickets, I don't know anything about your system over there...
But I found this:

They made Jerry Springer into an opera. They'll try to turn anything into a musical "artform." _________________ When all else fails, consider time travel.

Lestat as a musical... by Elton John... come on... Why does he have to do this to us? He didn't have enough with Lady Di and the Royal Family, now he's also taking our little vampire? It sounds the same as if someone was telling me they were making a Disney picture of Lestat... Although, now that I think of it, Lestat as a Japanese anime would be really cool ! _________________ Always wondered what a French photo album could look like?
