I have another idea. When requesting a song, we have a choice of placing a comment. Why not display that comment on the always refreshing "Now Playing" section, you know, next to the requested user's name? |

This has been covered before. Do a forum search. I think you'll even find that I've mentioned it twice because I didn't do a fourm search either.

I think it is a great idea.....it allows you to display your msg to everyone rather than being hidden in the queue section |

yes I understand his reasoning, but there is a bunch of us to screen that. Anyways if it hasn't been put up I guess it will never be. |

You're right, that it probably won't be put up. You're wrong that there are a bunch of you to screen that. If you see something inappropriate in the message you'll still need to notify somebody and have them take care of it.

just a note for clarity. that somebody would have to be an admin. Admin personel are the only ones at SST that have the power to change the queue, including comments.

Not exactly true any more, GD. Admins are the only ones that can change the order or insert tracks in the queue. Comments are another story. Mods can do that. |

Very old thread but I see this needs more clarification. GD is right - only Admins can add or edit a comment in the queue. Both Mods & Admins can remove them. |
