Ok, I'm stealing goblin's idea
What was the last soundtrack you bought? Something old or new?
I've just got Contact by Alan Silvestri. Heard it loads on SST and bought it for 99p off Ebay! Bargain and it's brilliant! |

The latest one I bought was LEGEND by Jerry Goldsmith (The Silva Screen Record).
I borrowed Danny Elfman's "Sleepy Hollow" from a friend but I don't think that counts... |

I didn't exactly buy it, at least not with my money. I was given a gift certificate to Sony/BMG music for christmas.
BMG has a large selection of CDs from their catalog but is woefully desolate in soundtracks and scores.
The last one I bought with my own money was the Star Wars: Episode I score. _________________ "It does not do to leave a live dragon out of your calculations, if you live near him." ~ J.R.R. Tolkien

Ghostbusters was last for me, but only because it shipped last. For my birthday I also got LOST, Apollo 13, The Bourne Identity, and The Right Stuff / North and South.

I just got The Ring/The Ring 2. Right before that I got The Corpse Bride. They're both fairly impressive. |

LOL I'm glad I helped remind you! I hope the voucher isn't for BMG _________________ "It does not do to leave a live dragon out of your calculations, if you live near him." ~ J.R.R. Tolkien

Sorry a quick off topic post, molossus I love Clannad and that is an amazing album. I remember Robin of Sherwood from when I was younger and actually got the DVD set for my dad for this last Christmas. Great music and could listen to Robin the Hooded Man over and over again and it would never get old.

That's how it is with most music retailers. Quite a shame.
I purchased Medicine Man and Small Soldiers with my latest Amazon order. I plan to get a few Zimmer action scores with my next bundle. _________________ "You have been chosen to represent Earth in Mortal Kombat. Be warned.
