Hi,
I'm new here. So please forgeive me if this suggestion is not applicable.
Would it be feasible to allow SST users to toggle On or Off, a "Family-Friendly" mode when they have logged in ?
And by doing that, could that in some way *not* play, or automatically mute a song that has been tagged with a "Parental Advisory" ?
I'm thinking about how the V-Chip works for Television. |

I'm going to guess that, even if that's possible, it's not going to happen at SST. JERIC and the admins put it a lot of time already, and I doubt this is something they'd be willing to spend time on.
Thanks for the input though, and welcome to SST.

I just heard the track "This is Your Life" on the stream, and I must say the edit is barely noticeable. You can only tell it's edited if you know the track. And I, for one, very much appreciate the sensitivity.
Thanks JERIC! you run a decent, first-rate operation here.

I decided to check this thread before I requested anything out of Chicago...have those been edited at all? If not, I'll hold off if it really will bother people that much. I was thinking of "All that Jazz" (track #1) since I know I'd probably be burned at the stake if I requested "Class". |

Chicago
Funny Honey
There's at least a "GD" near the end.
Maybe somebody got this already, but I don't recall that this was the Chicago track that I remember having an issue.
(We can always remove the whole album to be sure, right Cal?)

Think of the GD as a more explicit version of Gosh Darn! _________________ "My Logic is Undeniable" - I, Robot |

Okay... Devil's Advocate - Track 26 - Finale
At least one f-bomb and some assorted swearing in this dialogue-only, score-free track. Might want just to toss it out of the playlist, as much as I enjoyed it personally. |
