Music From The Films Of Audrey Hepburn
Audrey Hepburn singing this song in "Breakfast At Tiffany's" is one of the most touching parts of the movie. She really sings "Moon River" and it's captured here on the CD.
I do not agree with the deceison to leave this song off of the "Official" soundtrack release. It should have been added to the official release by now. But be that as it may, here is the way to get to hear this tender song, as sung by Audrey herself.

Interesting Tidbits: After the very first screening of "Breakfast at Tiffanys", the president of Paramount paced around the room, puffing on a cigar, and said, "Well, I'll tell you one thing, you can get rid of the song." Thankfully, Audrey was there and to her credit, she stood up and said, "Over my dead body."

Can anyone tell me how the sound quality is? It's hard to judge by listening to low bitrate samples.

You can listen to almost any song for free (up to 5 times) on the NAPSTER website. All you have to do is register a User Name and Password for this *FREE* Listening service.
You'll have to be the Judge of the BitRate from this Free Service...
For the Audrey Hepburn song.... select track #11 from the Album "Music From The Films Of Audrey Hepburn". |
