It's time to take a ride from Pixar to Purgatory Evil or Very MadTwisted EvilEvil or Very MadTwisted EvilEvil or Very Mad.. Shocked

With The Omen passing through our cinemas right now, and the horror genre crowded with recent remakes, it seems topical to ask what is your favourite score to a horror movie remake. Twisted Evil

Hmm..well I'll vote for Patrick Doyle's score for Frankenstein.

Time to vote SST fiends. I am prepared to be shocked by your choices. Evil or Very Mad Surprised

Don't forget to vote in my poll for your favourite horror movie remake. Smile

I voted for Jerry Goldsmith's The Haunting score. Jerry was a genious when it came to composing scores to match movies.

Agreed! But I also have to admit that g.e. Doyle's Frankenstein wasn't that bad either.
Anyway, it's a very interesting list to choose from. Great idea, Snow! Cool

Jerry rules!

I couldn't agree more. What a brooding, haunting score! Shocked

The music was such a fitting complement to Coppola's visuals. Stunning.

This was a tough choice for me. I probably listen to the Ring more than the others, although I also like Frankenstein, Haunting, and Dracula.
