This doesn't happen all the time, but when I pull up the request tab and I find the soundtrack I want, the little pop up window won't open to allow me to select a track. When this happens I usually close the window, reopen it and then it works just fine. I wasn't sure if this was a bug, or if it's just my work PC. _________________ "Diaper backward spells repaid. Strange!
Which browser are you using? Internet Explorer? Firefox?
It could be that a javascript error prevents the opening of the page... Do you have a yellow or red exclamation mark on your browser window? _________________ "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe" - Blade Runner |

We may not be able to help because of the issue being intermittent and perhaps isolated. If you could post your OS & Browser + Version and let is know if it happens on more than one PC then that will be a good start.
If others are experiencing the same issues then they should also post that info here.
My initial impression is it may be a browser or javascript bug or maybe the pop-up isn't fully loading somehow.
Thanks Asriana. _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus

I'm running Internet Explorer 6.0 here at work. I'll try to test it out at home once we get our computers moved over to the new place.
No Alchemist - I haven't seen any yellow or red exclamations. I'm really starting to think my work is trying to block the pop-ups. _________________ "Diaper backward spells repaid. Think about it." ~ Marshall McLuhan |

Sorry Alchemist, didn't mean to repeat some of your post. It wasn't there when I was quick replying. Thanks. _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus

np JERIC, I'm glad to help
Asriana -- it could be your work, but I doubt it, you would experience more serious problems when accessing the website...
More questions for you, asri, but only if you like
Are you using a google or yahoo or msn or any toolbar in your IE? is it happening when the website is slow? _________________ "I've seen things you people wouldn't believe" - Blade Runner |

Nope - I avoid those toolbars like the plague. And no.. the site didn't seem to be slow. I had it happen again this morning. The first few selections came up just fine, but then it started up again. I closed my browser window and it worked just fine.
My husband should hopefully be moving the computers to the new place today and I'll try to see if it happens at home as well.
Thanks for all your help JERIC & Alchemist _________________ "Diaper backward spells repaid. Think about it." ~ Marshall McLuhan |

I'm reaching for straws here, but could it be that a previous album window was already open, and when you clicked another album, the previous window updated itself, but you didn't notice since it happened in the background? _________________ "Anything one man can imagine,

I don't think so. Sometimes it happens on the first try.
I've had trouble at work with other programs running at the same time. Even though they updated the computers here, they still seem to be running sluggish if you have more than one window open at a time. I'll try testing it from home, but I'm pretty sure it's work related issues. _________________ "Diaper backward spells repaid. Think about it." ~ Marshall McLuhan |
