Albi:
Look at a different album. You should see (I think):
Red: unable to request, played within 8 days
Yellow: unable to request, artist in queue
Green: able to request
Twopop:
We already knew that green is awesome.

Ah, thanks J2 I didn't notice the difference in color between the yellow and the green there for a sec. I guess I didn't except the normal request color to be changed as well
On a sidenote: this color-scheme hasn't made the system more intuitive for me. I have trouble distinguishing colors that are close together, especially when I can't compare them directly (which is the case here). I can obviously live with the color-scheme staying the same, but I would like to humbly request another color for either green or yellow... |

Sure thing, the yellow was hard to get right and I'm not too happy with the result myself. _________________ Who is General Failure and why is he reading my disk? |

Red/Yellow/Green works, but they're not bright enough/distinctive enough as they are now. Green and yellow especially are kind of washed out.
Maybe something a little brighter? |

Well, I just can bow in front of this very good result we have now with the request system thanks to Sensei.
The old GREY for "Requestable" is revived, the YELLOW also cleary states "The artist **** is already in queue", and an understandable RED tells you to wait 8 days.
I'm also impressed & pleased.
Congrats! |

Well, choosing colors is not easy, especially with those fancy LCD monitors that do not render the colors correctly A nightmare for web designers... |

j2, of course you're right.
But still the letters on the request button are grey, aren't they? |

I think current (corrected) set of colours is better. I like it. Especially it's good to see blue back as a colour of requestable cues.
And I see that we've got a name of an artist who is in the queue displayed after hovering over the button now.
Way to go Sensei! Thanks again. _________________ <i>"The piano keys are black and white,

You got that one right. And you can't give an LCD monitor a good punch when things aren't working. _________________ Who is General Failure and why is he reading my disk? |

Is a countdown, or track count till a certain artist becomes available out of the realm? Too much work? Or is that something we can consider, being that most of us haven't memorized every album that every artist has done. Just wonderin... |

Every track that's put in the queue has an ETA field in the database that should tell us when that track should play. Unfortunately this isn't very accurate so i decided to not use it. With a few calculations it should be doable, but it's not one of my top priorities right now. _________________ Who is General Failure and why is he reading my disk? |
