|
Hi
I know suggestions have been made in this forum to search the database by genre or even composer nationality, but I was curious as to whether it would be possible to search by year of release.
Also, I can only browse an individual year between 2006 and 1990. Is it feasible to either extend the browsing option to include years prior to 1989, or browse by decade prior to 1989 (eg 1970-1979, 1960-1969, etc) and then select a year? _________________ "After dark all cats are leopards." - Native American Proverb |

It used to be like this, and I dont know why it has been changed. A lot of stuff I like is pre-1980 and I can't see why it shouldn't be browsable. I'll look into it. _________________ Who is General Failure and why is he reading my disk? |

Yeah, I don't know why that disappeared. Thanks Sensei. _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus

I've just noticed that you can now search by decade before 1980 (1970-1979, 1960-1969, 1950-1959) and 1900-1949 for the remainder.
Thank you Sensei!! _________________ "After dark all cats are leopards." - Native American Proverb |

in that way, i wondering about the dates sticked up...this is the album release date.
i-e "Krull": the year says 1993, but it's a 1983 movie... or wizard of Oz "1995"... Fantasia"2001"... Is it possible to replaces some dates of album release by the year of movie release or when the work was recorded? Is there a precise reason for the actual way of dating album? thx _________________ "Until The End... And Beyond The Emptiness" |

Yes it is, and I shall. We agree with you. Thanks!

The year and other album information is automatically inserted. We have to make changes & correct the typos manually. |
