So, looking at Shoutcast, I now see that only 4 people can potentially connect to the 128k stream, but it only ever allows for 3 connections. These 3 seem to be perpetually used. Are they reserved? For Jeric, Sensi, and Cocles, perhaps?
Also, since the 56k is almost always maxed out, and on overage there are about 600 unused 24k streams, is it possible to reconfigure the setup to add more 128k and 56k streams from the "unused" 24k streams? There seems to be plenty of BW to spare---well, maybe "plenty" is not exactly the right word to be using here. At the very least, the usable BW available to SST doesn't seem to be allocated quite right.

I am content with the 56K (had some bad experience on constant rebuffering on the 128K), but it is true that I have problems to connect to it sometimes...
Could more space be made in it? Like Yvond says?

IWT02 which holds 1,000 @ 128k is down. The relay admin does not reply to my requests. I'm still trying to work some issues out. Once it looks hopeless I will reallocate bandwidth as necessary.
