Yeah, that was a cool show. Now that you mention it, I do miss it. _________________ "Anything one man can imagine,

Don't fret John, the liquor-drinking robot will make it all better next year. There will be 3 more after that one. And of course, the show comes back in 2008. _________________ When all else fails, consider time travel.

Funny how they cancel good shows and then are forced to humbly bring them back to life after the garbage they were replaced with fails to go anywhere _________________ When in danger or in doubt, run in circles, scream and shout. |

Lake, you forgot to say: "Good news everyone!"

I totally agree. Plus the fact, that now everyother show is cut short in over 1 or 2 seasons.
More and more shows have been cancelled for being too expensive. So the question is: Why even bother to make the series if it will be so expensive? |

Mystery Science Theater 3000
Although it did have a good run with on both Comedy Central and Sci-fi, they barely scratched the surface of the number bad movies there are out there. I think this show probably had a few more seasons in it before it got axed. _________________ Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win."

I loved the shows idea, but hated the comments. I would've like to suffer as much of the original audio as possible. Instead there we're constant bad jokes. |

Then it sounds like you didn't like the show's idea, if you didn't like the comments. That was the point. |

Fastlane...that was one of Fox's best shows in my opinion.

I have far too many shows that I loved that were cut short before they came to a decent conclusion. Here's a few:
Cupid-Jeremy Piven Show
Millennium-From Chris Carter
Vengeance Unlimited-With Michael Madsen
Nowhere Man-Bruce Greenwood
Forever Knight-Actually, this one deserved the axe because the third season was crap. I just wished it would have had one more season to correct the mistakes.
Firefly-Everyone knows this one by now.

Ah, "Forever Knight." Kinda like a cross between "Angel" and "Silk Stalkings," in all its neon glory. I liked that show despite itself. It was pure cheese, and we all need that. Sometimes it rose above its own cliche, mostly thanks to Geraint Wyn Davies in the title role. I give it a tremendous amount of credit for ending in the most final way possible, by killing off all the main characters and most of the supporting ones. No reunion. No movie. Just the end. "And the sun rises..." |

I don't understand Fox's programming and marketing strategy, they have a great show in "Firefly", but neglect it and let it get cancelled.
These days the best show on Fox is "Bones" but they do absolutely nothing to promote it. Hopefully with it sharing the night the American Idol in the spring will help it get the attention it deserves. |
