You may notice a change in the Listen block which usually contains all of the listen links. We have signed up with Loudcity.net so we can pay royalties to all of the Bands and Labels on our non-Live365 streams. To learn more on how this works visit here.
http://www.loudcity.net/Services/HowLoudCityWorks/tabid/126/Default.aspx
In order to be compliant, our listen links can no longer be launched directly from this site. It will take you one extra click which is a very small price to pay for what we all gain. _________________ "Are you not entertained? Are you not entertained? Is this not why you are here?." -Maximus

I love that the artists get their due... my main reason for being VIP at L365. Awesome addition. _________________ "insert your own clever quote here.... I'm too lazy to do it." |

I don't think I can overstate how big a deal this is for SST. It's come a long long way since we had single digit listeners and 10 min queues.
Congrats to JERIC.

Truly a red letter day and a milestone in the history of SST.
Jeric, thank you so much for everything you do to make this all possible. |

I'm happy that SST took another step forward. Congrats JERIC!
BTW: I have a feeling that sound quality of the streams has changed today.
Few hours ago it was exactly what I usually experienced. Now my impression is that the stream sounds different. I mean 64k aacPlus stream and 128k OGG.
Currently on quiet parts of tracks (with my usual sound set up) I hear nearly silence and when I turn the volume up to hear soft, quiet parts good (like it used to be)I get good quiet parts but at the same time loud parts are way too loud. I haven't noticed such difference or problem before.
Maybe I should get used to it (I mean maybe this is normal effect of latest changes) but I'm curious if it is something at my end (maybe I should do something to adjust my computer to new streaming method)? And maybe it's just my imagination?
Does anyone have similar impressions or observations? _________________ <i>"The piano keys are black and white,

If you're having issues with the volume, please see the post below with the proper link in it.

I`ve been using Windows Player from the start
& had no problems. Today sound comes on & stops
for few seconds and it keeps doing this.
Any suggestions? |

Very nice addition, JERIC & crew!
One thing: is there any way the 'click to listen' link could open in a new window (or tab) rather than navigating away from SST?
Thanks! _________________ "If I were not a physicist, I would probably be a musician. I often think in music. I live my daydreams in music. I see my life in terms of music.... I get most joy in life out of music."
