|
Well, in fact it's not my idea at all. I just wanted to bring it up as a reminder of Theme Days I found enterntaining last time we did it. (Plus I wanted to encourage others to making their own Theme Days suggestion threads).
I don't remember who came up with this idea, but I remember it was fun for sure
On Dec 31st 2006 we had End Credits Day and on Jan 1st 2007 we had Opening Credits Day.
I think they were great idea, good enough to make them official Annual SST Theme Days.
And they are very easy to remember for SST members.
As I said, it's just a reminder of a fun we had last time doing these theme days. I hope they will make it to the SST calendar.
Suggested dates for these theme days are rather obvious, aren't they?
Dec 31st - End Credits Day
Jan 1st - Opening Credits Day

We did?
I must've been elsewhere (for once )...
I seem to remember there was some sort of update/reset/whatever going on that day, but never mind...
Anyway, to get to the point, sounds like spinach!!!

The last time this happened, as I recall, the sysadmin was in charge the whole day, playing the opening/main titles in alphabetical order by movie. It was interesting to try to time when your favorite would show up.
Now, would such a day include any opening/closing music, or would the words "End Title" "End Credits" etc. actually have to appear in the track name? |

If memory serves me, and often times it does not, it was the birthday of SST, two years ago. I had just arrived.. I thought it pretty cool.
We also need another short track day. No one ever wants to give up their turn to them! Plenty a waiting! _________________ A good sound track will let me relive the movie, I can cry over them as well. Hand me the tissues...please. |
