1. Yes, twice, but nothing that stayed more than a day yet. Last night was an ice storm. Today it is 54 deg.F out and rainy - grrrrr
2. well, anything from THIS LIST would be awesome... and if not that, I want to get a projector to finish up my home theater
3. Wow... hmmm... too tough of a question. Out of the more than 2,000 songs I have on MyTjoe Radio (he he shameless self-promo ), I have a couple of dozen absolute favs, and a bunch of runners up See My List.
My tastes favor big brass band sound (like Doc Severinsen, Glenn Miller, Boston Brass, Capitol Big Bones, Stan Kenton, Ralph Carmichael, etc.) and other jazz versions of the songs. I am totally in love with Karen Carpenter's voice on the Carpenter's Christmas Portrait. She is my top fav female vocalist for christmas. Second fav is now Linda Eder, who recently bumped Jewel and Amy Grant down to share 3rd place, with Gloria Estephan tailing them very close.
My fav song continues to be The Christmas Waltz (fav version by Karen C) and also the Blessings song from the movie White Christmas, but I like The Ray Conniff Singers' medley version of it better than Bing's.
Cei - nice post - feel free to make one like it over at my place
Happy Holidays!

1. We had a tiny bit of instantly melting snow about two weeks ago... and I hope that's all it will be!!! *crossed fingers, toes, hopes for a meteor shower to make a dozen wishes...etc. etc. *
2. Actually, I love cash. Seriously, I like to get my own "presents". That way it is something I actually want to have and no one needs to scramble to buy overpriced junk before Christmas.
3. There isn't a single Christmas song I like. Either they're ancient stuff praising the cuddly-wuddly Jesus baby, or they're newer stuff so full of good cheer and snow-covered landscapes and a fake holiday feeling that make me want to go and brain a department store Santa. _________________ "Welcome to the paranoia club; cheapest fees in the universe and membership lasts forever."

3. Carol of the Bells and God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen for traditional Christmas songs, but The Night Santa Went Crazy by Weird Al is a must as well

1. It's snowing now and has been for three days. Can we say -yuck?
2. I don't really have a list since I already got my presents when my roommate moved out - a PS2 and a Puppy. So I am good.
3. White Christmas, Carol of the Bells, and Holly and the Ivy. But my favorite is Good King Kong Looked out by PDQ Bach. |

1. No. And I don't expect any. We haven't had a white Christmas in over 10 years.
2. The third book in the Otherland series.
3. That's a tough one.
