Kind of a random topic, but what does anyone else think of the new station IDs? I apoligize for my insensitivity if it's one of you guys, but I can't stand hearing the voice that's in every one; it just irritates me for some reason. I guess it was okay when the IDs were more varied, but I don't like hearing that voice every single time... Wow, sorry for the negativity there, I'll try to be a little more cheery in the future!  |

I don't think you're alone in your opinion, wrightgj. JERIC is playing all the new ones now because they're new. The other ones will likely get added back into the mix again.

In another thread we talked about putting up a place in the site (possibly VIP only) to listen and vote on the ads. What do you think?

I'm also not so sure all of the new ones are playing. I think JERIC said there should be about 15 new ones; I'm pretty sure I keep hearing the same 6 or so.
*shrug*
I like the new ones, though I do miss that female voice. What was her name?...

I don't pay a whole lot of attention to the ads... *shrugs*. There's only one of the new ones that I noticed in a negative way.

What's that supposed to tell me? Throw away my ST collection?

I think I've heard some old station IDs since few days. But I'm not 100% sure.

I guess it was: ""Ask for your soundtracks streaming or don't ask for them at all."
I understand it like: you can request soundtracks you want to listen to or just enjoy the music without requesting any special tracks. But it can be only mine interpretation of course. (When I heard it first I was surprised too but later I thought that it's not so bad)
I think that the new IDs are not so bad but some of them are a bit too long |
