I know it's a bit of a weird subject for a thread and I don't know if I'll get any replies but I was hoovering up the debris from my children's lunch just now and we have a hand held hoover that, over here, we call a dust buster. Well it just occurred to me that it sounds just like Chewbacca roaring when Han is frozen in carbonite. So then I played with the hoover for another minute amusing myself until my eldest said: "What are you doing, Daddy?" at which point I stopped.
Anyway - any other Star Wars sounds remind you of something else? No? Just me? |

One summer I worked on a packaging line for a local greeting card company, and there was one machine they used for folding the small boxes that contained multiple cards that sounded amazingly like an AT-AT walker. A couple of the other line workers were wondering what I was smiling about, but I don't think they heard me say to myself "The shield will be down in moments, Lord Vader. You may start your landing." _________________ Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win."
