Bless you, Varese Sarabande!!! Absolutely outstanding releases.
The first one on the list is such an incredible gem. Too bad it's so expensive.
Remember The Journey of Natty Gann - Disney film from 1985 starring 19-year old John Cusack? It will be on the Hallmark channel at 10 AM and repeated at 11PM this Saturday, June 21st. |

Intrada have today released.... Delta Force by Alan Silvestri The complete score! But, incredibly, they only have 1000 on offer! Snap this up!
Samples, ordering and information here.
And, as is their continuing trend, the second release is a double CD from Frank DeVol: Emperor Of The North and Caprice. 1200 copies. Again, details and samples here.

Well, sold out in a flash. What a surprise. Any chance SST got a copy ordered in time? |

Not a limited release but I think a significant release, Maurice Jarre's Is Paris Burning? It has been released by DRG but you can also purchase it from Amazon and give SST a boost! Click on the picture below for the Amazon link and samples!
The original details at the DRG site are here. |

If you like Western Scoundtracks your going to love the latest limited release from FSM: The Naked Spur Western Scores from MGM no less than 5 soundtracks on 3 CDs!
The Naked Spur and The Wild North by Bronislau Kaper
The Last Hunt and Devil’s Doorway by Daniele Amfitheatrof
Escape From Fort Bravo by Jeff Alexander
1500 copies and details, samples and ordering can be found by clicking on the image below:
What's particularly good about this release is that FSM are publishing the liner notes online to save on production costs. I guess it means they aren't in the CD cases but then not everyone is in to them. You can find them here. |

Wow. It's amazing what they release these days. I mean, don't get me wrong, I like tolerate find that movie entertaining. Especially for Frank Langella who, bless his heart, is acting his butt off under all that makeup. Dolph tries, too.
I should go listen to the samples and see if any memories are triggered. |

Well the movie was nothing all that special, although I do like to watch it every so often for nostalgia purposes. However, the score by Conti is one of his better scores IMO. Lots of actions and fun! Check out the samples though to see what ya think _________________ "My Logic is Undeniable" - I, Robot |
