My problem showed up suddenly.
I was browsing SST Forums yesterday (around noon SST time or a little bit later) and without any reason I was suddenly logged out.
My problem is I can't login since then.
This happens while using Internet Explorer 7.0.5730.11 and Windows XP.
I did reboots, erased all my cookies, I run my anti-virus program and CCleaner but nothing helped. I still can't login using IE.7.0.
After entering my nick, password and security code the page is reloading and it shows my Personal Information page (I mean this one: http://www.streamingsoundtracks.com/modules.php?name=Your_Account&op=userinfo&bypass=1&username=molossus) but in short version (like I was somone else browsing this page) and I'm still not logged in (in "User Info" box below the chat window and "Events & Birthdays" I still see "Welcome, Anonymous").
In the same time I can login (without any problems) uisng Firefox 3.0 browser. (That's how I write this post).
Maybe this problem is a sign of some bug on my side, or maybe it's a proof that FF is better than IE  but I also wanted to ask if there were any upgrades to SST software yesterday (because I believe I was changing nothing on my side before the problem occurred).

Well, not that this helps, but I can verify the "suddenly logged out" part.
Happened to me yesterday as well, but I had no difficulties logging back on with IE7.

Mol, I can talk by myself. There were no changes on SST software. I made some minor changes (like the expansion of favorites for VIPs) but nothing related to your problem.
There are 2 weeks, I made a change by which SST's URL is assured to be 'www.streamingsoundtracks.com' whether one types it with or without the 'www'. This is the nearest of this subject change I have done.
However, there are other tech Admins. I don't know if any of them made any change.
The fact by which you can login via FF suggests that this is a problem with IE. I logged in via IE normally and the version of it is 7.0.5730.13. Therefore a little different than of yours (11).
Sorry, by now I have no idea about what can be happen there. But I have the theme in my head.

Thanks Pesadelo. Your info helps me to narrow the area of searching for cure for this problem.
First I will try to upgrade and reinstall my IE now.

Just wanted to let you know I upgraded to IE 7.0.5730.11 and nothing changed. Need to look for some other way of fixing this.
BTW: Could it be some "cookie" issue, Pesadelo?

I had SST already added there.
Re-added it again. But nothing changed.

Looks like I'm OK again.
I discovered that I had Adobe Flash Player and ActveX Formant blocked in my settings (I don't know why, I even start to think, maybe my computer has been hacked or something...). After reinstalling them and making reset of IE, everything looks back to normal. At least at the moment.

Man, there are too many settings fighting for our machines attention. Our computer environments are becoming to much complex and sensitive.
